Payment
I process all orders by check, or the Stripe option offered at checkout, which work with all major credit cards. If payment is made by check, the order will not be sent out until check clears in 2-4 days. 
Payment is due within 3 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. 
Please note: Connecticut residents are subject to 6.35% sales tax. 
Accepted methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card

Shipping
I currently  ship all items only within  the U.S. Orders will be sent out within 5 business days from when payment is received. All domestic orders are shipped USPS. (U.S. Postal Service) via first-class or priority mail.  If  you would like shipping confirmation, please let me know. 
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Insurance available upon request at an additional charge. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  


Additional Policies 
All artwork, images and graphics are original works and the sole property of Jean Rill-Alberto and may not be used by any third party without written permission. Copying or reproducing artwork created by Jean Rill-Alberto is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist. Jean Rill-Alberto retains all rights to all images of artwork including sold original artworks and retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created by Jean Rill-Alberto. 


Privacy Policy Info
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share any personal, demographic or financial data with any third party not essential to providing your requested services. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.


Payment information is not retained by Jean Rill-Alberto and we take precautions 
to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.   
When we collect sensitive info like credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way through a payment processing system depending on your preference at checkout.
